Privacy Policy

Data stored on your device

The app stores your language, listening allowance, sound-selection history and access status locally. The browser demo does not sell subscriptions or request licence keys. The separate desktop app may store a licence key and activation identifier when desktop licensing is enabled. The iOS app uses Apple's purchase history to determine subscription access. Orivune does not require an account and does not request microphone, health or location access.

Purchases

Apple processes iOS payments and subscription management. The app does not receive your payment-card details. The browser demo has no payment service. Desktop licence activation, when enabled, uses Lemon Squeezy and sends the licence key and device activation identifier to its licence service.

Website and browser analytics

If enabled for the website or browser demo, Plausible receives page views and events such as session starts, duration ranges, mode changes and purchase-button clicks. Licence keys are not sent to analytics. The iOS build disables these analytics. Hosting and payment providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, under their own policies.

Launch mailing list

If you choose to join the launch list, we store your email address, preferred email language, signup time and the version of the consent text in a private Cloudflare D1 database. We use this information for Orivune launch news and early-access updates only. Joining is free and does not create an app account, start a subscription or guarantee a beta invitation. Addresses are not automatically verified and no confirmation email is sent at signup. We do not sell or publish the list.

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes technical request information. The signup endpoint uses your IP address transiently to limit repeated requests; we do not save it in the mailing-list database. To leave the list or request removal of your signup details, email d.trubnikov@me.com. We will review the list after the launch campaign and remove addresses no longer needed for this purpose.

Your choices

You can clear browser site data to remove locally stored settings and listening allowance. Desktop licence holders can deactivate their licence to release its device slot. Uninstalling the iOS app does not cancel a subscription; manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
