Terms of Use
Effective date: 13 October 2026. Orivune is provided by Dmitry Trubnikov. These terms describe access to the app and website.
Use of the product
Orivune provides soundscapes for listening, focus and rest. It is not a medical device or a treatment service. Use a comfortable listening volume. Audio, visuals and software are licensed for personal use; purchasing access does not grant redistribution rights to the sound library.
Free access
The web demo includes up to 20 minutes of listening per calendar day in this browser, without an account or payment. The iOS free allowance is 15 minutes per calendar day. Allowances are tracked separately on the device or browser.
iOS subscription
Unlimited listening on iOS offers weekly, monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions with the same access. The weekly plan has no free trial. Eligible Apple Accounts can receive a 3-day trial on the monthly plan or a 7-day trial on the yearly plan. Apple allows one introductory offer per subscription group. The available trial is displayed before purchase. At the end of the trial, the selected subscription renews at the displayed price unless cancelled. The purchase screen displays the local price before confirmation. Apple charges your Apple Account on confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation. Refund requests are handled through Apple.
The app provides Restore purchases for an active subscription associated with your Apple Account. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app: Apple Standard EULA.
Web demo
The browser version is a limited free demo and does not sell subscriptions or accept licence keys. When the daily allowance is used, playback stops and the demo shows information about downloading the app. Store links are available only after publication.
Availability and support
The iOS library is bundled for offline playback; purchasing and restoring access require a connection. Browser playback requires loading sound files over the network. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Contact support about technical problems or access issues.
